ICW Technical Manual "Key Measures"

The latest version of the ICW Technical Manual "Key Mesaures" has now been published.

Key Measures is a publication of builders guidance with over 300 pages of technical information. 

ICW has consulted with a variety of stakeholders and construction professionals who have contributed to this updated technical manual V3. 

The key changes to this version of the Technical Manual are as follows: 

Introduction of additional guidance on areas such as

• Invasive plant control
• Engineered wood and I joists
• Roof coverings
• Insulated Concrete Formwork

Revisions to information on key sections including:

• Piling 
• Basements
• Render
• Timber Frames
• Modern Methods of Construction
